CUDA-Accelerated Alignment

Our proprietary LocalX engine optimizes DNA sequence alignment through memory-efficient Smith-Waterman implementations. By leveraging diagonal "halo" boundaries, we achieve massive throughput without the memory bottleneck of traditional agents.
